Job summary

Alpine Racing Limited is seeking an experienced Indirect Buyer to join our Procurement team at Enstone. You will manage end-to-end procurement across technical and facilities categories, develop category strategies, and drive value through strategic sourcing and supplier relationships.

This role challenges you to deliver tangible commercial benefits in a high-performance environment. You will work with Engineering, R&D, Operations and Facilities to optimize spend, reduce risk and ensure

Qualifications

Proven experience in indirect procurement across technical, engineering, R&D, CapEx, facilities or complex service categories.
Strong category management and strategic sourcing experience.
Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
The ability to analyse spend and market data to identify opportunities and drive results.
Experience delivering measurable commercial benefits and reducing supply risk.
Strong stakeholder management with the confidence to influence constructively.
Proficient in procurement systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP, Microsoft Office 365 applications, and AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sourcing activity across technical and facilities-related categories.
Develop and implement category strategies that improve value, supplier performance and commercial resilience.
Conduct market analysis, supplier assessments and competitive tender processes.
Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts, including terms and conditions.
Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, KPIs and improvement plans.
Drive cost savings, supplier consolidation, risk reduction and value improvement initiatives.
Support stakeholder teams with procurement expertise throughout project lifecycles.
Ensure procurement activities remain compliant with company governance and processes.
Contribute to the ongoing development of procurement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
