Job summary

TipTopJob invites an experienced Indirect Buyer to own a diverse portfolio spanning IT, HR, PMC, and Administration. The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, stakeholder influence, and value delivery beyond routine purchasing.

You will shape category strategies and lead negotiations with strategic suppliers on a site-based operation in Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will balance cost, quality and service while managing complex supplier relationships and driving continuous improvement across

Qualifications

Experience managing indirect procurement categories (IT, HR, PMC, Administration).
Proven tendering, negotiation and contract management track record.
Experience with supplier relationships and performance improvement.
Experience in multi-site or complex organisations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop category strategies across IT, HR, PMC and Administration.
Lead end-to-end sourcing projects (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and supplier selection.
Build commercial evaluation models and supplier comparisons.
Negotiate pricing, terms, SLAs and warranties.
Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and drive improvements.
Partner with stakeholders across IT, HR, Finance, Operations and Legal to ensure compliant procurement.
