Job summary

BCP Council's Education and Skills team seeks two full-time Inclusion Leads to support primary and secondary schools across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. Each post acts as the single point of contact for a cluster of schools, planning targeted help through the Experts at Hand offer.

The role includes line managing the Cluster Coordinator, leading whole-school support, and coordinating interventions to meet diverse needs.

Qualifications

• QualifiedTeacherStatus or equivalent professional experience in education.
• Experience in inclusion and working with children with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for a cluster of schools and build relationships.
• Line manage the Cluster Coordinator and coordinate support.
• Lead whole-school elements of the support menu and provide capacity building.
• Identify needs, coordinate interventions and monitor impact across the cluster.
