Job summary

ADP is seeking an Implementation/Functional Consultant for our WorkForce Software initiatives in the UK. You will engage with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and support end-to-end deployment across multiple offices, including Milton Keynes, Staines, Bristol, and Cheadle.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, process optimization, and delivering measurable value through strong governance and training. A customer-focused, adaptable mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software implementations experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiar with waterfall and agile delivery.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with packaged software deployment or complex apps.
• Client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan: participate in project planning and kickoff activities, set goals and timelines.
• Build: collaborate with technical teams to ensure the solution meets requirements.
• Validate: support testing, defect resolution and validation activities.
• Deploy: assist data migration, go-live readiness and production transition.
• Continuous Improvement: mentor teammates and pursue ongoing certifications.
