Job summary

The Old Station Nursery Group is seeking an HR Business Partner (Field-Based) to support our multi-site nurseries across the South East, Midlands and York. You’ll spend three days a week at nurseries and two days remote, partnering with regional leaders to drive engagement, performance and retention.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
• Strong HR generalist experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Ability to travel and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic sounding board to leaders to maximise team performance and engagement.
• Lead on complex ER cases with empathy, professionalism and legal know-how.
• Support capability planning, onboarding and leadership development.
• Be a visible cultural ambassador by driving inclusion, wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
• Bring fresh ideas from the wider HR world to keep the People Strategy future-fit.
