Job summary

Bluebox HR Limited is seeking a HR Business Partner to work on-site in Coventry, partnering with line managers to embed HR standards and systems. The role covers resourcing, employee relations, policy and HR systems usage, with potential to broaden to the full lifecycle of HR as capability grows.

We require CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience), a solid understanding of UK employment law, and experience in fast-paced environments such as distribution or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification (or qualified by experience) is required.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in distribution/manufacturing.
• Experience partnering with line managers on people initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with line managers across the business to embed standards, behaviours and HR systems.
• Focus on resourcing, employee relations and policy, with systems utilisation.
• Support evolution from operational delivery to a more strategic HR lifecycle.
