This senior role shapes organizational design, builds leadership pipelines, and leads large-scale change initiatives that accelerate growth, improve performance, and ensure governance, accountability and inclusion across the region.

Qualifications

• Extensive strategic HRBP experience in a complex, matrixed org.
• Proven track record in organizational transformation and change leadership.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with ability to link people strategy to P&L outcomes.
• Experience across multiple countries and cultures (EMEA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior commercial leaders to align business and people strategies across EMEA.
• Lead organizational design, restructuring, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Build and strengthen leadership pipelines, succession plans, and talent strategies.
• Drive large-scale transformation and change programs (digital, commercial, organizational).
• Use workforce analytics and insights to influence strategic decisions and improve performance.
• Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and inclusion.
• Guide leaders through employee relations, risk management, and compliance in a multi-country environment.
• Collaborate across HR, Finance, and business teams to optimize workforce investment and outcomes.
