Job summary

Stericycle is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR guidance to UK and Ireland business units. The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and policy interpretation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a UK/Ireland HR business partner model.
• Strong knowledge of current UK employment legislation and employee relations.
• Experience with TUPE transfers preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and coach managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop managers and staff within the designated region.
• Provide strategic HR management support on absence, performance, capability issues.
• Manage Employee Relations and implement good practice guidelines and policies.
• Support organizational changes including reviewing designs and compensation changes.
• Support management with compensation, reward and recognition programs.
• Coordinate Annual Employee Survey and interpret results for action plans.
• Develop and implement new HR policies, procedures or programs.
• Produce monthly HR and management reports and contribute to workforce reporting initiatives.
• Contribute to recruitment strategy and direct support in recruitment.
