Abingdon Flooring Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support from their office in Crumlin. You will work closely with managers and lead employee engagement and wellness initiatives while driving HR process improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a fast-paced and unionised environment.
• Previous payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic and operational HR support.
• Discuss business strategies with senior management from an HR perspective.
• Support and communicate change initiatives.
• Identify skill gaps with department heads.
• Develop and implement recruitment and training plans.
