Job summary

Solina is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for its Winsford operation. You will partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies, ensure compliance with UK employment law, and drive performance and engagement across manufacturing teams.

The role requires CIPD Level 5, strong confidentiality, stakeholder management, and proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, Cascade, and Power BI. Regular travel to Atlas House in Biggleswade (2–3 times per month) is expected as part of

Qualifications

CIPD Level 5 in HR or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.
Experience of working with high degree of confidentiality.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Proficient in HR systems (e.g. Workday, Cascade, Power BI) and Microsoft Office.
Experience of HR projects and change management.
Coaching or mentoring experience.
Willing to suggest and explore ways of improving existing processes and systems.
Regularly travel to Atlas House - Biggleswade 2-3 times per month to support our other offices.

Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Partnering with business leaders to develop HR strategies and align people with commercial goals.
Employee relations guidance on performance, grievances, disciplinary matters and sickness absence.
Lead talent and performance management, including succession planning and capability development.
Oversee recruitment and retention across all levels, especially operational teams.
Drive learning, development and DE&I initiatives to build an inclusive culture.
Provide HR leadership through change management and continuous improvement projects.
Analyse HR data and present insights for workforce planning.
