Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in the UK is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the Operations People and Performance team at the Kitt Green factory in Wigan. You will balance day-to-day HR operations with strategic initiatives, including budget ownership and talent planning, within one of Europe’s largest manufacturing sites.

The role offers exposure to senior management, cross-functional collaboration with production and union partners, and opportunities to drive key HR projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
• High standard of analytical capability.
• Ability to meet deadlines and cope with pressure.
• Capacity to deal with conflicting priorities.
• Polished influencing and communication skills.
• English language essential; Dutch an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR: align with business goals and HR strategy for the factory.
• Budget ownership and cost control for people packages.
• Recruitment support and onboarding strategies with Talent Acquisition.
