Job summary

Keystone Academy Trust is seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking HR Manager to lead HR Administration and Payroll across our central team and seven academies.

Based at the Central Office in Bourne, Lincolnshire, the role shapes workforce strategy, supports Heads and senior leaders, manages recruitment, payroll, pensions and safeguarding compliance, and drives continuous improvement to benefit staff and pupils.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management and payroll administration.
• Knowledge of safeguarding compliance and pensions is desirable.
• Ability to develop workforce strategies and lead change.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration, payroll, pensions, safeguarding compliance and workforce recruitment.
• Support leaders with recruitment, employee relations and organisational change.
• Oversee payroll, pensions and statutory processes across the trust.
• Shape workforce strategy and drive continuous improvement.
