Job summary

Diverse Academies Trust is hiring a proactive People Operations Manager to shape and deliver services across our multi-academy trust, supporting over 1,300 colleagues. You will lead a capable team, oversee employee relations, payroll and pensions, and drive service improvement with senior stakeholders across academies and central teams.

You will champion compliant, data-driven people practices, harness workforce analytics, and develop policies that enable our colleagues and learners to thrive in

Qualifications

• Significant experience operating at a senior HR or People leadership level.
• Experience leading people operations within a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Extensive knowledge of employee relations, employment law, workforce practice and people service delivery.
• Demonstrable experience leading and developing teams while influencing senior stakeholders.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent senior professional experience (Desirable).
• Experience working within education, public sector or multi-academy trust environment.
• Experience implementing HRIS, payroll or workforce management systems.
• Knowledge of public sector pensions administration.
• Experience supporting organisational transformation and service improvement initiatives.
