Job summary

Liverpool Football Club is seeking a HR & Corporate Back Office Technology Business Partner to own and support the technology and systems used by HR, Legal, Procurement and Communications. You will champion innovation, improve processes, ensure governance and manage key supplier relationships.

As the go-to expert for HR and Corporate Back Office tech, you will drive technical change across the Club, work with Digital Product teams, and help deliver effective technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior HR technology or product role within a complex organisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels.
• Ability to document and present complex user journeys clearly.
• Experience using data to drive decisions and reports.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the technology strategy for HR, Legal, Procurement and Communications.
• Manage roadmap and backlog balancing efficiency, value, UX and innovation.
• Drive improvements with stakeholders and product teams.
• Champion responsible use of AI and data-driven decision making.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance across systems.
