Job summary

Liverpool Football Club is seeking a HR & Corporate Back Office Technology Business Partner to own and deliver the technology and systems used by HR, Legal, Procurement and Communications, driving strategic change and governance across the club.

You will manage roadmaps and backlogs, collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams, champion AI-enabled improvements, and use data to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness. The role is based at our city centre office in Liverpool.

Qualifications

Senior HR tech or product role experience in a large organisation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
Ability to document and present complex journeys clearly.
Experience creating reports and using data for decisions.
Creative, analytical mindset with proactive learning.
Experience in Agile environments and using Jira/Trello.

Responsibilities

Shape and deliver technology strategy for HR, Legal, Procurement and Communications.
Manage roadmap and backlog for HR and Corporate Back Office tech.
Drive improvements with stakeholders and product teams.
Champion responsible use of AI and data governance.
Develop business cases and investment proposals.
Oversee supplier relationships and system integrations.
Ensure compliance with governance and security requirements.
