Qualifications

  • Degree / HND / HNC or equivalent in a Human Resources discipline.
  • Confident and proactive HR professional with operational generalist experience.
  • Experience of organisational change, including TUPE.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all people-related activity across the business platform.
  • Partner with leaders to deliver the People Agenda and business strategy.
  • Drive cyclical HR activity including talent and succession planning.
