Job summary

Wescot Credit Services in Hull is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our HR Partnering & Advisory team. This full-time, hybrid role (3 days in office weekly) focuses on employee relations and strategic change across our operations in Hull.

You will partner with stakeholders, coach HR Advisors, and lead complex cases to ensure a fair and proactive colleague journey. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is preferred; MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR generalist experience advising with a commercial lens.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
• Experience supporting organisational change programmes.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-focused HR advisory service across the business.
• Coach and mentor HR Advisors and lead on cases when needed.
