Job summary

Pontoon Solutions is recruiting a Health & Wellbeing Services Lead to influence strategy and shape workplace wellbeing across a large national organisation. The role combines strategic delivery, stakeholder engagement, supplier management and service mobilisation across the UK.

You will partner with HR, Employee Relations, Safety and Business Leaders to rollout new health and wellbeing services and to design the next generation of OH and wellbeing offerings.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Occupational Health, Employee Wellbeing or Health & Wellbeing.
• Experience managing external health and wellbeing service providers.
• Proven ability to lead strategic wellbeing programmes in a large organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external occupational health providers and monitor service performance.
• Act as SME for OH & wellbeing services across the UK business.
• Partner with HR, Health & Safety and senior stakeholders to support wellbeing initiatives.
• Support delivery of multi-year Health & Wellbeing strategy and roadmap.
• Provide guidance on OH compliance, policies and best practice.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
