Pertemps Black Country Perms is seeking a Group Health & Safety Manager to lead the H&S strategy across multiple sites, ensuring compliance and a proactive safety culture.

You will provide leadership to the H&S team, partner with senior management, carry out audits and investigations, and report on KPIs to Directors. This role offers influence across the business and requires strong communication and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Health & Safety activity, preferably across multiple sites or businesses.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, compliance and audit requirements.
• Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to influence.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Group Health & Safety strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement across sites and operations.
• Set Health & Safety standards, objectives and KPIs and monitor performance against them.
• Manage and develop the Health & Safety team.
• Lead investigations, audits, risk assessments and compliance activities.
• Partner with senior leadership, operational teams and key stakeholders.
• Chair Health & Safety meetings and oversee action plans.
• Build relationships with Directors, managers and key stakeholders.
