Damicor Ltd is seeking a Head of Property to lead a national property and facilities management function across 40+ UK sites. The role involves strategic guidance, senior stakeholder engagement, and remote management of a circa 6-person team.

The ideal candidate will have senior property experience, RICS/CIOB membership as a plus, and a background in surveying or construction. Salary is circa £80,000 with enhanced pension, car allowance, and bonus potential.

Qualificações

• Senior leadership role overseeing property and facilities management.
• Oversee 40+ sites across the UK with a £7–£10M property budget.
• Lead CAPEX & leasehold improvement programmes and ESG initiatives.
