Job summary

Damicor Ltd is seeking a Head of Property to lead nationwide property and facilities management across 40+ UK sites. This senior role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership of a small team, delivering CAPEX programmes, improvements and ESG initiatives.

The successful candidate will work with senior stakeholders, ensure compliance, and drive digital property management across the portfolio, with flexible working and regular site visits.

Qualifications

• Recent evidence of acting in a senior role for property and facilities management.
• Experience across UK sites and remote/team management.
• Surveying background; construction related degree a plus.
• Understanding of Commercial, Property, Facilities or Logistics sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national property and facilities management function across 40+ sites in the UK.
• Oversee CAPEX, leasehold improvements, and facilities projects.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders across the business.
• Manage CAFM systems and digital property management.
