Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting for a Head of Property and Facilities for a leading UK logistics company. You will lead a national, multi-site property and facilities team, drive safety, compliance and cost efficiency across 40+ sites.

The role focuses on maintenance, CAPEX, supplier relationships and sustainability initiatives. The successful candidate will manage a £5m+ budget, oversee CAFM deployment and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building surveying and/or construction is required.
• Leadership of UK-wide multi-site property or facilities management functions.
• Experience managing significant operational budgets (£5m+).
• Senior stakeholder management experience.
• National contractor and supplier management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national property and facilities management function across 40+ UK sites.
• Ensure estate safety, compliance, cost-effectiveness and operational readiness.
• Oversee planned maintenance, repair programmes and CAPEX works.
• Provide strategic leadership to Regional Property Managers and CAFM operator.

Salary: £75k - 80K+ plus award winning Benefits!

Location: Within 2 hours of Heathrow

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Property and Facilities to join a UK leading logistics company. We are seeking an enterprise-level Facilities and Building specialist to drive operational excellence, gross margin improvement and identify oppurtunities to drive innovation, reliability and general continuous improvement.

Your role will involve leading a national property and facilities management function for over 40 UK operational sites. Responsible for ensuring the estate remains safe, compliant, cost-effective and operationally effective through the management of planned preventative maintenance programmes; repair programmes; leasehold improvements and CAPEX works; supplier relationships; property budgets, utilities management; sustainability initiatives and property lifecycle activities. Provide strategic leadership to the team of Regional Property Managers, Facilities Manager and CAFM operator. Act as the senior property subject matter expert for the wider business.

Non negiotiable requirements forHead of Property and Facilities

• Degree in Building surverying and or construction
• IOSH and NEBOSH Certification
• Leadership of UK wide multi-site property or facilities management functions.
• Management of professional teams.
• Responsibility for significant operational budgets (£5m+).
