Job summary

Aston Villa Foundation, part of Aston Villa Football Club, is seeking a Head of Programmes and Impact to lead strategic programme development and evaluation. The role drives high-quality, evidence-based interventions across health, education, employability and community inclusion at Villa Park.

The post holder will steer continuous improvement, meet funding requirements and lead a team of Senior Programme Managers to deliver measurable impact in the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering a diverse programme portfolio.
• Experience managing multiple programmes with delivery timelines and budgets.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a high-quality portfolio of Aston Villa Foundation programmes.
• Oversee all Foundation programmes ensuring consistency, quality and safeguarding standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning and organisational growth of the Foundation.
• Lead, inspire and develop a team of Senior Programme Managers.
• Ensure delivery against timelines, budgets and quality standards across multiple programmes.
