• Lead the design and implementation of a high-quality, diverse programme portfolio aligned to the Foundation's strategic objectives.
• Oversee all Foundation programmes, ensuring consistency, quality, and safeguarding standards.
• Contribute to the Foundation's overall strategic planning and organisational growth.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Senior Programme Managers
• Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to oversee multiple programmes simultaneously, ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
