Job summary

Edu Connect in South Tyneside seeks a Director of Learning and Development to lead strategy, design, and implementation of learning across the organisation. You will shape initiatives that improve staff and student competencies and align education with the organisation’s goals.

As a senior leader you will influence culture, drive innovation in pedagogy and learning technologies, and oversee budgets, external partnerships, and programme evaluation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Business Management, or related field.
• Professional certifications in L&D (e.g., CIPD, ATD).
• Experience with senior leadership influence on culture and strategy.
