Qualifications

• Qualified as ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or QBE.
• Understanding of financial controls in a UK context.
• Experience with implementing new financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Finance and Payroll Teams, providing mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Produce high-quality financial reports for strategic planning.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and audits.

Skills

ACA/CIMA/ACCA/QBE qualified

Strong understanding of UK GAAP

Experience of new system implementation

Excellent communication skills

Previous experience of leading a finance team
