Job summary

London Legal Support Trust is seeking an experienced Head of Events and Fundraising to lead our fundraising income performance and the delivery of a comprehensive fundraising strategy. Reporting to the CEO and part of the senior management team, you will oversee a portfolio of events, including the London Legal Walk, and drive growth through strong external relationships.

You will manage a small team, work across the organisation, and use KPIs and ROI analysis to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in fundraising and income-generating events.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and developing fundraising strategies.
• Experience leading and developing staff and delivering complex events.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising income performance and strategy.
• Deliver and grow LLST's events portfolio, including the London Legal Walk.
• Build strong relationships with supporters, corporate partners and sponsors.
• Lead and develop a team of 3–4 direct reports.
• Use KPIs and ROI to inform decision-making and future development.
