Job summary

School of Coding & AI is seeking a Head of School (Business) to steer strategic development, academic quality and growth of the Business Management portfolio. You will shape direction, ensure standards, and lead curriculum evolution in a fast-growing education provider.

You will manage senior academic teams, oversee budgets and collaborations with employers, universities and professional bodies to enhance student outcomes and employability across business disciplines.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within higher education business education, management or related sectors.
• Proven track record of driving growth or change in an academic setting.
• Experience managing budgets and resources at scale.
• Experience with OfS/Ofsted regulated environments and external inspections.
• Ability to build external partnerships and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the Business Management portfolio.
• Ensure high quality teaching, strong student outcomes and relevant programmes.
• Lead curriculum development and partnerships to expand provision and research impact.
• Oversee financial sustainability, budgeting and resource deployment.
• Represent the school externally and build industry and academic partnerships.
