University of Northampton seeks a Head of School - Technology to provide inspirational academic leadership, strategic direction and exceptional operational management for the School within the Faculty of Business, Creative Industries, Technology and Law.

You will oversee programme portfolio, ensure high standards, support research collaboration, and lead teams to deliver outstanding student outcomes and industry-aligned curricula.

Formación

• Level 7 qualification or equivalent professional qualification or experience.
• Doctoral qualification (desirable).
• Registration with a relevant regulatory or professional body (desirable).
• HEA Fellow (D2) or teaching qualification recognised by HESA (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Oversight of the School’s programme portfolio and development of new courses and curricula to meet market needs.
• Ensure delivery of exemplary student learning experiences and successful graduate outcomes.
• Lead academic teams with engagement, aspiration, trust and well-being.
• Support research and knowledge exchange outputs to enhance the School’s reputation.
