School of Coding is seeking a Head of School, Health to lead strategic development and academic quality for Health and Social Care education. You will report to the Dean and shape the school’s direction with a strong emphasis on student outcomes and industry relevance.

The role requires senior leadership experience, deep understanding of higher education governance, safeguarding, and data-driven improvement, with responsibility for budgets and partnerships across the health education portfolio.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within higher education or health education.
• Experience using performance indicators to drive improvement.
• Strong understanding of academic governance and student experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead academic leadership across Health portfolio and ensure high teaching quality.
• Oversee safeguarding, risk management and student support escalation.
• Drive curriculum development and sector-relevant provision.
• Manage budgets, resources and staffing at scale.
• Build external partnerships with employers, universities and public bodies.
