Job summary

Edenred Payment Solutions is seeking a Strategic Projects Manager to lead strategic planning, pricing management, and cross-functional initiatives across our Banking-as-a-Service, Embedded Finance and prepaid/ gift card verticals.

Reporting to the Managing Director and part of the EPS Management Team, you will partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product and Finance to drive growth, profitability and operational excellence in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree from a leading university in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in strategy, consulting, transformation roles.
• Experience working in a multinational or high-growth environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPS business planning cycles (3-year plan, annual budget and forecast) in partnership with Finance.
• Define go-to-market and growth strategies across EPS verticals and programs.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
• Prepare high-impact executive materials (Board, Group, internal reviews).
• Lead and deliver cross-functional initiatives sponsored by senior leadership (transformation, partnerships, M&A).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and governance.
