The role involves financial modelling, business case development, and governance of strategic initiatives with high exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in strategy, business development, management consulting, corporate development, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building investment cases and financial models.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across different business units.
• Ability to structure ambiguity, prioritise effectively, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
• Proactive, self-starter with strong ownership.
• Collaborative approach, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Structured, analytical, and able to simplify complexity.
• Fast learner who is comfortable in changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and refinement of Colt’s global and regional strategies, including product and market expansion strategies.
• Conduct deep‑dive analysis on market trends, competitive landscape, emerging economies & emerging technology trends.
• Build clear, data‑driven strategic recommendations for senior leadership, including ExCo‑level presentations.
