Job summary

Super Group is seeking an Associate Corporate Development in London to drive M&A and strategic investments. You will analyse opportunities and report to the Director of Corporate Development, working with the C-suite and key stakeholders across legal, finance and product.

You’ll own deal lifecycle from sourcing to closing, lead portfolio management, and contribute to market-entry assessments. This role offers high impact in a fast-growing, NYSE-listed iGaming leader.

Qualifications

• Strong background in M&A, investments and corporate strategy.
• Deep financial modelling expertise.
• Ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of M&A transactions across the full deal lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and closing
• Lead strategic and venture investments, from origination through execution and portfolio management
• Lead broader strategic projects across the Group, including new market entries and internal due diligence / strategic reviews
• Conduct sector, market, and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities
• Build and analyse financial models, including operating models, DCFs, returns analysis, and customer cohort and unit economics analysis
• Drive due diligence workstreams across financial, legal, commercial, technology, and regulatory areas
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors
• Maintain relationships with banks, advisors, potential targets, and industry participants, and attend industry events and conferences
