Job summary

Super Group is hiring an Associate Corporate Development in London to identify, analyse and execute M&A and investments. You will report to the Director of Corporate Development and work with legal, finance, accounting, product, regulatory and other functions.

You’ll engage with the C-suite on high-impact deals, and you’ll help drive strategic projects across the Group, including new market entries with broad exposure to global activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience from investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy consulting.
• Strong track record of executing M&A transactions and investments.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Proven ability to lead due diligence workstreams.
• Excellent communication, networking and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of M&A transactions across the full deal lifecycle, including sourcing and closing.
• Lead strategic and venture investments, from origination through execution and portfolio management.
• Drive due diligence across financial, legal, commercial, technology and regulatory areas.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for committees and the board.
• Maintain relationships with banks, advisors, targets, and industry participants.
