A.T.M Strategic Management Consulting is seeking exceptional Principal-level Management Consultants to drive and manage growth across Leadership & People Development, Corporate/Business Strategy, and Infrastructure. You will leverage your contacts, skills and leadership to generate new business and lead complex engagements for FT100/S&P500 clients.

Role requires 10+ years in strategic management consulting, ability to lead multiple large engagements, and strong executive presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic management consulting.
• Proven ability to develop and lead multiple strategic engagements with large clients.
• Ability to build and maintain board-level relationships (FT100 or S&P500).
• Strong mentoring and development of senior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage growth of the consulting practice and revenue streams.
• Lead end-client engagements under guidance of Chief Management Consultant.
• Develop thought-leadership and contribute to vision, strategy, products & services.
• Present to executive board-level audiences with credibility and gravitas.
