Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a strategic leader to partner with Business Lines and senior leadership in shaping and executing the company’s strategic direction. You will develop insights, transform data into actionable strategies, and identify growth opportunities across organic and inorganic initiatives.

Embedded within the EMEA region, you will collaborate with product, commercial, and finance teams to define long-term vision and portfolio strategy, driving shareholder value and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics or related field.
3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy/development.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with large data sets and Excel proficiency.
Ability to develop business plans, set priorities, and work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute Johnson Controls' strategic direction with senior leadership.
Lead development of insights to drive organic and inorganic growth and value creation.
Transform data into actionable strategies for decision making.
Collaborate with product, commercial, and finance teams to inform portfolio strategy and investments.
