Job summary

Cambridge Education Group is seeking a Group Finance Business Partner to join our Cambridge-based team. You will support the FP&A Head, lead budgeting and two reforecasts, and present outcomes to the Executive and Senior Management teams.

You will work closely with the Group Commercial Finance Manager on budgeting processes and projects, managing a finance team and influencing across the business. You will need a degree or equivalent experience, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in Power BI

Qualifications

• Experience in a business facing finance role in a sales driven, fast-paced organisation.
• Experience owning and leading on Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Demonstrable experience using analytical thinking and financial acumen in a similar role.
• Experience of people management.
• Experience working alongside senior directors and influencing at all levels of the business.
• Educated to Degree level preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group FP&A Head, Senior Management team and external stakeholders across all business units.
• Lead a team responsible for budgeting and two reforecasts for their own business units.
• Prepare and present each business unit to the Executive and Senior Management teams and facilitate discussion about opportunities and risks for each budget/reforecast stage.
• Work closely with the Group Commercial Finance Manager on budgeting and reforecasting processes and on projects from the Head of FP&A.
