Job summary

The position emphasizes collaboration with sales and operations to forecast demand, manage supplier relationships, and implement ERP-driven improvements for visibility and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of global supply chain processes, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision making.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the full supply chain strategy including procurement, shipping, inventory, warehousing and distribution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Direct logistics operations and optimize networks for timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to forecast demand and align supply.
• Evaluate and implement supply chain technologies to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
