• Higher Education expertise in international student recruitment within the UK.
• Track record in managing relationships with international schools, pathway providers and sponsors.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking to translate market data into recruitment strategies.
• Proven collaborative leadership across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally and adapt to global contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic recruitment channels: design and deliver recruitment strategies for sponsors, pathway providers and international schools to hit enrolment targets.
• Lead stakeholder engagement as the university’s primary liaison with external networks and high-value partners.
• Drive data-led strategy by analyzing international market data and sector trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate across boundaries with four Deputy Heads, faculties, admissions, marketing and global teams to streamline conversion pipelines.
• Provide operational leadership, shape service delivery, lead strategic projects and deputise for the Deputy Director.
