You will own recruitment channels, lead stakeholder engagement, and drive data-led strategy across multiple teams, with opportunities to travel nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Proven background in international student recruitment within UK Higher Education.
• Experience managing and influencing relationships with international schools, pathway providers, and institutional sponsors.
• Analytical ability to turn complex market data into recruitment strategies.
• Collaborative cross-functional project leadership, influencing senior partners.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic recruitment channels across international schools, pathway providers, and sponsors to hit enrolment targets.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, building long-term relationships with external networks.
• Drive data-led strategy by analyzing international market data and sector trends.
• Collaborate across boundaries with faculties, admissions, marketing, and global teams.
• Provide operational leadership and deputise for the Deputy Director.
