Boeing UK is seeking a Procurement Agent (Buyer) to join the Vertical Lift Supplier Management and Procurement team. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to optimize sourcing, contracts, and supply chain performance across diverse time zones.

The role requires 2-4 years of experience, SAP/ERP proficiency, and strong communication skills. You will negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, and support global sourcing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP/ERP knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate contracts for products, services and technologies.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection and contracting strategies.
• Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Optimize execution of the supply chain balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.
• Manage supplier/subcontractor performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.
• Mitigate risks and issues; initiate supplier improvement activities.
• Perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• Support sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting contracts and agreements.
• Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
