Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in complex investigations, enforcement or related legal work.
• Experience leading international investigations with significant risk.
• Strong English writing and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work across functions and time zones.
• Growth mindset and sound judgment under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Advise on sensitive, cross-border investigations with senior stakeholders and external authorities.
• Lead internal investigations into potential Code of Business Ethics violations.
• Coordinate information across regions to support consistent decision-making.
• Direct privileged investigations and protect attorney-client privilege where applicable.
• Set high standards for investigation planning, evidence review and reporting.
• Support intake and staffing to ensure proportional handling and pace.
• Produce clear, concise reports, summaries and presentations.
• Drive improvements to policies, processes, tools and training.
• Provide timely updates linking status, findings and risks.
• Advise on evidence preservation, collection and production with strong governance.
