Job summary

Lumos is seeking a Senior Programme Fundraising Manager to join the fundraising team in London, with hybrid working from the Temple office. You will lead complex, multi-year funding bids to institutional funders and foundations, and build strategic partnerships to scale impact for children.

Qualifications

• Experience securing significant grants and leading six-figure funding proposals.
• Experience in international development, humanitarian, human rights or similarly complex international organisations.
• Strong understanding of institutional fundraising, trusts and foundations, and strategic donor engagement.
• Experience partnering with programme teams to develop fundable strategies, propositions and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex six-figure and multi-year funding bids to institutional donors, trusts and foundations.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic funding opportunities across Lumos' international programmes.
• Build strong relationships with funders, consortium partners and key stakeholders to maximise funding opportunities.
• Support Country Directors and programme teams to strengthen donor positioning, fundraising planning and engagement.
• Work closely with programmes and leadership teams to transform systems-change strategies into compelling funding propositions.
