The role focuses on actionable recommendations, commercial decision support and deep-dive financial modelling to unlock revenue growth and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA and 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in commercial FP&A, business partnering and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with business leaders.
• Produce cash flow forecasts and assess working capital implications.
• Deliver timely management information with clear commentary on performance.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to non-finance stakeholders.
• Support commercial decision-making through financial modelling and scenarios.
• Analyse pricing, costs and performance to identify efficiency and growth opportunities.
• Track KPIs and develop scenario plans for potential outcomes.
• Improve planning, reporting, systems and data quality.
