UNIQLO in London is seeking a Corporate Planner to join the EU Corporate Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with COOs, department leaders, and Finance teams across Europe to drive financial planning, analysis, and business performance.

This FP&A professional role offers exposure to all aspects of UNIQLO's European operations, with a hybrid working model and the opportunity to influence strategic growth while delivering insightful reporting and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting, and KPIs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international or multi-market environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP or Tagetik experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with stakeholder management.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to finance and non-finance audiences.
• Proactive, adaptable and motivated to drive continuous improvement.
• Retail experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with country COOs and business leaders to hit sales, P&L, and KPI targets.
• Produce financial reports, performance analysis, and board reporting.
• Monitor and analyse sales, labour productivity, and operating costs.
• Support weekly forecasting, budgets, and planning cycles.
• Contribute to short and mid-term business planning and decision-making.
• Visit stores and collaborate with operational teams to understand performance.
• Review expenses and vendor costs to improve efficiency.
• Deliver financial training and support to store and head office teams.
