Escode in Manchester (Hybrid: 2 days in the office) is seeking an FP&A Finance Business Partner to work with senior leaders, translating financial data into actionable guidance that drives growth and profitability.

You will blend financial planning with data analytics, enhance reporting, forecasting, and utilise automation and AI to boost efficiency, partnering across the business to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Qualified Accountant with FP&A experience.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into insight.
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
Advanced Excel skills and Power BI experience.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in AI and automation to improve reporting and decision making.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to provide financial insight and support decision making.
Own and coordinate financial plans, budgets and forecasts with accuracy and transparency.
Deliver meaningful analysis and reporting that drives business value.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities from financial and operational data.
Support Executive Leadership Team and Board reporting.
Improve reporting processes, data quality and analytics capabilities.
Explore automation and AI to enhance efficiency and insight.
