Gigaclear is seeking a Finance professional to drive FP&A activities, develop robust financial models, and provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders. The role focuses on Excel-based modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning to support business decisions across the organisation.

The role requires qualified accounting credentials and strong communication skills, with a hybrid setup requiring three days per week at the Abingdon Head Office.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with recognized professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; tell the story with data.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of core Excel-based financial models using best-practice techniques.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess viability of new initiatives and support long-term planning.
• Lead rolling monthly packs, forecasts, long-term planning, and annual budgeting files.
• Build models for business case appraisal, scenario planning, stress testing, and financial resilience analysis.
• Develop sales forecasting models and integrated long-range planning models.
• Provide detailed financial insights to support business decisions, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Identify enhancements to financial processes to improve reporting and performance.
