Job summary

The Charity in Harrogate is seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager to lead performance analysis, budgeting and strategic planning. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will drive reporting packs, dashboards and KPI reporting, with responsibility for a team of five as the organisation grows.

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong analytical capability, business partnering mindset and the ability to present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA with FP&A or business partnering experience.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Experience translating data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

• Produce insightful financial analysis to support performance improvement and decision-making.
• Develop reporting packs, dashboards, and KPI reporting for visibility.
• Support integration of acquisitions into planning and reporting.
• Prepare financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis.
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes, systems, and controls.
• Design training materials to promote forecasting consistency.
• Partner with senior stakeholders providing commercial challenge.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
