Job summary

Modine is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to partner with operations, drive forecasts, and deliver clear financial insights. You will prepare monthly/quarterly reviews, manage reporting, and work cross-functionally to improve processes and influence strategic decisions.

The role requires 3–5 years in financial planning, strong Excel modeling, and experience with SAP/HFM within a manufacturing setting. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of financial planning experience.
• Hands-on system experience with an integrated ERP and a global consolidation system.
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reviews and forecasts.
• Manage the monthly and quarterly reporting process and communicate results to management.
• Identify root causes for forecast variances and drive cross-functional process improvements.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights using financial systems.
• Support the GM and team with financial analysis and decision support.
