Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Consett, England, seeks a seasoned finance leader to partner with operations as General Manager of the CCV Air Handling Unit Division. The role focuses on in-depth financial analysis, reporting, and strategic decision support to drive performance in a rapidly growing business.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, extensive modeling experience, and hands-on ERP experience (SAP/HFM).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
Minimum of 3-5 years of financial planning experience.
Strong skillsets in financial analysis, forecasting, and driving business results.
Hands-on system experience with an integrated ERP system and a global consolidation system.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reviews and forecasts.
Manage the monthly and quarterly reporting process and communicate results to management.
Identify roots causes for forecast variances and drive cross-functional improvements.
Provide in-depth ad-hoc analysis using SAP/HFM and other ERP tools.
Lead monthly business reviews with plant manager and senior management.
Analyze and justify significant capex investments by the region.
Provide guidance and develop direct reports.
